EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & DEDICATION

I have marketed to completion 40 subdivisions in the Franklin, Ma area during my 33 years in the real estate business.  A multitude of construction courses have been completed at Dean College, and I have earned my Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License. 

The following designations have been earned in the past and were granted to me via the National Association of Realtors: ABR,ABRM,CRB,CRS,CNHS,CLHMS,GRI,RCC & SRES.  I was also a candidate for the CIPS designation.  I've been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, The Lifetime Achievement Award, and I'm a member of the Platinum Club.  A variety of new construction concepts including cluster zoning, 40B subdivisions, conventional subdivisions and age restricted communities have been marketed to completion by my team members and me. 

Knowledge of the product helps in selling the product, and my education goals have been set at a very high standard.  These goals have always been brought to completion starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and my initial career in education.  I taught in the Franklin School System, where I wrote the first drug education curriculum, and at Island Falls High School in Island Falls, Maine where I taught biology, chemistry and geometry to college bound students.

We are also accredited buyer agents, and my team members do a fantastic job of representing buyers.  Multifamily homes are also part of what we market in this area.  We have a grasp on financing multifamily properties and have listed and sold many two to four family homes in the Franklin area.  We have also had experience in working with investors who purchase multifamily homes through us and then convert them to condominiums.  We have participated in condo conversions ourselves in several of the surrounding towns. 

Our team has now developed and expanded to include a team of agents who are completely trained for each of the subdivisions and have a permanent schedule to cover specific weekends for each of the new communities.  We also have a team of agents who are trained to participate in open house events at resale properties.  We are presently marketing 5 subdivisions in the town of Franklin, MA.  Our resale inventory is consistently in the area of twenty-five to thirty resale properties, at any one time.  We are the most active real estate team in the area, and we are continually striving to improve the methods of marketing and servicing of our inventory.  We take great pride in the quality of our performance and the volume of our production.
