Sometimes, “bigger is better!” When it comes to print marketing, bigger is always better. Bigger with a high degree of contrast; one photo; a couple of quick statements and a big phone number “does the trick.” The “trick” is to catch an eye and keep it there long enough to force it to read why it’s there to begin with!!
This ad is running for the first time this month, and that space is mine for as long as I want it. I’ll want it forever!! Actually, I want more. I want the top row!! Someone will always yell “I quit,” and I’ll wait for that to happen.
This ad will make my phone ring. I’ve been listing real estate in Franklin MA for 38 years. I haven’t been promoting me previously, but now I’m going full force. My photo, name and number are on everything. I’m in business, and I market for the “top dogs.” I need to keep them busy and keep my income flowing to spend it on marketing us and the inventory.
The more calls I receive, the more money I spend on marketing. As I spend more money, the calls happen in direct proportion. The more calls; the more business. It’s another example of “market, answer phone, list, rinse and repeat.” The best part is rinse and repeat, over and over and over again!!
