Arrogance is an ugly creature. How many real estate agents have you worked with who needed to be louder, bolder and more intense than you about the task at hand? How many agents do you know think everyone sees them as “king of the hill?”
Usually that “king of the hill” is nothing more than a “pauper” wishing he were king. He makes enemies much faster than friends, and his friends don’t trust him any further than they can throw him.
This arrogant sole has “people” for every task. He doesn’t look at anything; he doesn’t read anything; he doesn’t approve anything; but he’s the first one and the only one who screams if something is not what he expects.
Arrogance is an ugly creature. Aren’t you happy it’s not present in your office? We’re thrilled it doesn’t exist in ours.
