Attitudes Are Formed From Childhood.....Some Are Too Difficult To Change!!!

I'm always inspired by someone's post on ActiveRain.  Today, I read Karen Bernetti's post titled "Attitude is Everything" and my mind started working.  Attitude is the starting point in the race to success.  It will point you in a direction, and depending on your thought process, you will make good or bad decisions from there.

The most recent example of how one's attitude can "make or break" a career is with Randy Moss.  Randy Moss is a wide receiver and now without a team!!!  Randy's attitude is destroying what could have been a fabulous career.  He had a magnificent position with the Patriots and star quarterback, Tom Brady.  They were a great two-some.  Coach Belichick doesn't do well with openly negative attitudes.  So, the Vikings picked him up as he was booted out the Patriots' door.

Randy, once again, with his poor decision making due to his attitude, finds himself without a team.  He openly embarrassed his Viking Coach and team members by raving about the Patriots coach on national television.  Poor judgment....poor attitude.....poor team spirit.  Now, he's hoping to be reinstated as a Patriot player.  I don't think that will happen.  Bill Belichick is too smart for that.  People can't change an attitude.  If they do, it's temporary, and time is money in the NFL.  There's no room for error or bad decisions.  The season goes by quickly and a positive attitude is needed from day one.  Randy Moss is a problem now and will always be to every team he joins.  Attitude is akin to DNA....core attitude is very difficult to change, and it has a great influence on teamwork.  It's how we perceive ourselves!!
