Wouldn't Life Be Wonderful If Buyers And Sellers Were Waiting In Line With Numbers Like At The Deli

the deliWe don't know what the future holds, and because of that, we need to prepare for the worst and always hope for the best.  Since "hope" doesn't pay the bills, preparing for the worst works well.

I just read a comment from an agent who just finished the 31 Days of May Challenge, and she mentioned that she was taking tomorrow off.  She might be thinking better than I, but until the market levels off, I think it's wise to continue to practice the habit that the "blog a day" challenge was attempting to create.

The old idiom of "get it when it's there" comes into play very nicely.  Buyers are not waiting in line with numbers to buy homes, and sellers are not racing to put their homes on the market.  Consumer confidence is not the best, but there is business out there.

I think blogging once a day, every day, is a commitment that is worth making.  It's worth carving in stone.  It's a way of staying in the game and not being eliminated.  There was a reason for this challenge.  It wasn't to add points to our total.  It was to assist in creating the habit of blogging once a day.  It's a great habit to develop.  I'll not change what I'm doing.  I'm too worried about the future to break that habit.  Aren't you?
