Confidence is the factor that will allow new agents to advance quickly in the real estate business. What makes one agent confident and another not confident?
An agent will feel capable of conquering the world if that agent is surrounded by successful people. If an agent knows that he/she can rely on someone (a mentor) to guide and support decisions to be made, the agent is able to control situations that are new and warrant an experienced agent.
Trusting a mentor to lead an inexperienced agent through new territory is the ideal training scenario for all newbies. Newly licensed agents must be directed properly and with that feeling of trust and confidence from an experienced agent, even the most challenging task can be accomplished.
Confidence is something we can help each other build, but it comes with both parties exerting effort and paying attention to detail. It results in a renewed strength and energy to climb to the top. Find the right mentor, and you'll have that experience.
