
I’ve always been a fan of direct mail marketing, and one reason is because it has many uses. Here is my latest postcard. We are marketing several active adult community condo subdivisions, and what better way to target a certain age group than with a mass mailing. The names and addresses are purchased for a variety of towns and age groups over 55 years old.
Niche marketing is accomplished very easily with direct mail marketing. This postcard will attract attention, unless the recipient has no sense of humor!! It certainly makes a point of announcing that our condos at The Villas at Eagles Nest are very spacious and the photos show the interior of these luxury condos.
We are doing very well with sales here, and periodic postcard mailings have had a great influence on the number of buyer calls and visits to open house events. I have my outside blog on the postcard, and there are 209 posts for postcard recipients to read about The Villas at Eagles Nest. Direct mail marketing is a fine tool for marketing to niche groups. It shakes the fruit from the trees and results in production. There are plenty of future deals just waiting to happen. Go find them by doing some niche marketing.
