Today's business occurs because of yesterday's efforts. This past week has produced a mass of business. We have had resale listings with pending sales, new construction listings with new reservations and several new listing presentations delivered.
Where did all of this new business come from? It came from last month's marketing efforts. It was a holiday month and many agents did minimal because of that. My Internet and direct mail marketing increased during that month and as a result, our first week of business in 2011 has been unusually productive.
This week is over and my mission for today is to prepare posts for tomorrow on inventory and single family home and condo sale production charts for 2010 for the town of Franklin MA. The thought and energy that is exerted this week may result in more business throughout the month of January but certainly into February.
Coasting today will result in a set back tomorrow and eventually a halt to business. Keep your routine going and increase your momentum. You'll like the results.
