I frequently read posts calling listing agents “the enemy.” My team members are listing agents, and we’re far from being your enemy, buyer agents.
It’s because of our attention to detail; accurate information; making ourselves available to you whenever you ask; and prompt response to your buyer’s questions that enable you to close your buyer. A listing agent who does his/her job properly is your “best friend.”
There will always be agents who don’t do as they should, but that includes buyer agents. There will never be 100% in any profession. Imagine if everyone did the job properly. What would we blog about?
A good listing agent is as valuable to a buyer’s agent as a good buyer’s agent is to us. We can’t survive without the participation of buyer agents, but buyer agents can’t close without our full cooperation!! This business takes both sides working together in harmony to create a deal. So, buyer agent, who’s your enemy???
