Marketing subdivisions today requires much more than it did in the past. It is an absolute necessity to form a team, if you are entertaining marketing a residential development. It's a team effort that requires each team member to participate in handling all of the open house events every weekend at every site. It's a team effort that requires total participation in the followup with visitors, the feedback to the builder and working the buyers who want to see the entire marketplace!!! It's a team effort with every function, and if your team works as well as mine, you'll continue to look for the next parcel of land and the next subdivision. For certain, IT TAKES A VILLAGE!!!
