Today is a major open house day for the Kuney-Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty. We hold open house events every weekend. The past several weekends have resulted in many buyers who have a home to sell and are very close to reserving one of our new construction townhomes. We've provided a market analysis on their homes already.
The more frequent the open house events, the better the opportunity for transactions to result. The number of transactions that ensue because of our open house events is enough reason to never miss a weekend event.
The new listings that surface as a result of our open house events is enough of a reason to hold them consistently. Potential sellers visit open house events to evaluate the way an agent markets the open house listing. It’s always show time with each open house!!
Every weekend is not a fantastic success, but the transactions that result are well worth the two hours devoted each Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Buyers; seller; new transactions and the opportunity to network with new prospects are all fantastic reasons to continue to hold open house events throughout the winter months. New business always crosses the threshold. Isn’t that what we’re here for?
