Do You Limit The Amount Of Business You Accept....Or Do You Improve Your Organizational Skills?

When it comes to production, we have no limits. We are only limited by the standards we have formed for ourselves. We establish the height at which the bar is placed for us.So why is there so much controversy over what is considered too much business for one person?

As one’s career continues, the organizational skills must improve, assuming business is improving. In order to maintain a substantial level of production, an agent will be required to provide organized methods of working clients.High income levels do not exist for disorganized agents.

If agents improve their organizational skills, the amount of business those agents will be capable of handling will increase.Create some systems and use them.Establish a routine for each listing from the point of presentation to the closing table.

Production pertains to listings rather than buyers. There are no controls over working buyers.Agents who work with sellers to the degree of maintaining significant numbers do not work with buyers. They refer all of the buyers to other agents and conserve their time for more listings.Managing time is an organizational skill that is required to sustain top production. Are you pulling the reins on your business because you do not want to improve your organizational skills? With a little effort, you could increase your business tremendously.
