So, what’s in your marketing brochure? Maybe the first question I should be asking is “Do you have a brochure that you prepare for your listing presentations?” The latest insert that I’m adding to our listing brochure is a screen shot of a Google search for one keyword phrase “new construction Franklin MA.”
New construction is one of our niche areas on which we focus. We were recently found by another builder who is not a Franklin MA builder but has new construction in this town. We have nine of the ten titles on the first page for this search.
Do you include this type of information with your listing presentations? This sheet would be included in our brochure that we will present to the potential client when we meet for the first time. Proper marketing is the key to moving new construction, and we will have screen shots of all of our new communities that we’re marketing.
We have hundreds of blog posts for each community on a number of blogging sites. This is what builders need to see today. If your marketing makes the phone ring; if it drives potential buyers to open house events; and if it directs the builders to you, it’s working. Show your clients how it works with a screen shot of your blogging efforts. They need to see it.
