Do you look forward to the next day of working in real estate? My guess is that many of you do not, and the only thought that comes to mind each day is will the next day bring some business.
The answer to that question depends on the effort that was exerted during the past few months. I'm sure everyone is tired of being reminded to prospect, but it's never been more critical than now to exercise this task.
I'm hearing news reports that the real estate market is headed for another correction, and the fall will bring a halt to the momentum that we're experiencing right now. We should always prepare for the worst.
My team members are diligently working to earn as much as possible right now to allow them to weather the storm that may be lurking ahead. I am marketing like never before, in order to make the phone ring with new inventory and to keep the activity alive and well at the adult communities.
The mailings have increased to include more niche marketing; the blogging has improved and more attention is being paid to working faithfully on multiple platforms. This is not the time to exhale. Get your feet off the desk, and make every day a productive day. The results of your efforts this summer will be experienced in the fall. Make your fall a profitable one...Prospect "Now" Like You Need It And Mean It!!!
