There are so many blogs submitted everyday on ActiveRain that it's impossible to capture every well written, interesting post. I missed a really interesting and enjoyable post by Ralph Gorgoglione titled "where do you spend your advertising dollar?" I responded to it only after I saw it twice when it was re-blogged, and I responded to both re-blogs.
This is a prime example of the importance of re-blogging. I spend hours of each and every day on ActiveRain, and I missed that blog and many more, I'm sure. A re-blog gives that worthy post the extra exposure it deserves. It allows those who missed it first time around, a second opportunity to read and respond to it. It affords ActiveRain members another chance to step up and participate through a quality blog post.
Take the time to re-blog any interesting post that you feel is deserving but to which not many people have responded. The reason may be that they missed it completely. I notice that many features get re-blogged. It's easy to find a featured post.
It's really shameful to miss a potentially motivating post that warrants participation, but gets lost in the shuffle!!! Grab that piece of pie and run with it....you'll benefit from it also.
