What are you doing to make it all work? Listing and selling real estate doesn't happen unless you create the game plan. If you haven't had a closing in months, and if your phone's not ringing, it's not too late to re-evaluate.
One of the nice advantages of working with team members is that they each seem to energize one another. Everyone needs to be refreshed. We all want to be in the company of positive thinking, forward moving, energy filled agents. Much of that is found right here on ActiveRain, but most agents can't spend all day online.
Who do you have in your corner? If this element is missing, even if you are self motivating, your production will improve if you associate and interact with productive individuals. "We act like the company we keep" applies to productive real estate agents. Take a step back and think about who is in your presence every day!!! It's never too late to re-evaluate!!
