
After reading a post this morning by Richie Naggar, titled "Results don't lie and lack of results don't lie either" I was inspired to share my thoughts on this topic. We all know that payday is a great day. We all look forward to the day of closing for each and every transaction that we handle.
What does that closing represent to you? Is it just another notch in your transaction belt or is it something more? Every closing is a reflection of your true ability in the real estate business. The commission check that you earned is your compensation for doing the job, whether it was a good job or not. Even if you did not do a good job, you'll get paid at closing.
The number of referrals that you receive from that client is the true indication of the quality of your performance. Each referral from a past client is a "standing ovation" with a shout out of "Bravo" for a job well done!!!
