We continually talk about making adjustments to goals and changing methods of marketing as we progress throughout the year. Now that we’ve almost finished 2011, it’s time to review our team members and assistants.
Much of our success is attributed to other people in our business. Our team members who are the recipients of our marketing need to be accountable for their production and contribution to the team. We need to assess their capacity for closing the leads that are given to them. We need to assess whether they are underworked and can handle a greater volume.
This is the critical part of making adjustments to a business plan. Dealing with team members who have been diligently working throughout the year but have not produced to their maximum capacity is a challenge that needs to be addressed.
I’ll be reviewing agent production this week. I think my team members are doing well, and with a few tweeks, could work more effectively. We’re going to "tweek" this week in preparation for 2012!!!
