Reading posts everyday gives me the feeling of being much less alone in the never ending process of surviving through this challenging time. Reading positive, energy filled narratives about other real estate agents who are experiencing success is a great way to stay positive and focused on business.
We’re all in the same situation. Every real estate agent has the same challenges in a different marketplace. Deciding what method of prospecting and marketing you’ll be using will be the determining factor as to whether you survive the storm.
If you’re working a niche that has no presence in this market in your area, it’s time to change direction. If your niche is time consuming with no positive results, what are you waiting for? Change direction.
