December is the month that I use to regroup and reset our goals. My team production for 2011 will be under intense analysis, and some methods of marketing will be altered to improve those results. Don’t misunderstand. We had a good year considering the challenging economic environment.
There’s always room for improvement and unless we take a close look at what we did for marketing in the past and what resulted, we won’t be improving our production. The month of December is the only month that I will not be doing direct mail marketing.
Spring starts January 1st for us, and we’ll be full force marketing. The month of December will be a month of online marketing on ActiveRain, two wordpress platforms, Trulia and Realbird. We’re never idle!!
Our goals for 2012 will reflect, as we expect, a more intense year. I fully believe that the market will be more challenging and require more attention than in 2011. Within the past month, the use of my two Wordpress blogs has become routine, just as ActiveRain. If I have a full year of blogging on all of those platforms every day, our numbers will improve, I’m sure.
Google analytics shows thousands of views on Wordpress and Realbird. I’d like the bounce rate of 55% +/- to improve on both of those sites. Now to find a tutorial on how to improve that number!!! Did you ever feel like you were continually reinventing the wheel?
