One of the most important days on the calendar, aside from Christmas, is Super Bowl Sunday. It’s the one day that die-hard football fans look forward to, and it doesn’t matter who is playing. This Sunday is especially important to New Englanders because OUR Patriots will be winning.
Are you showing homes on Super Bowl Sunday? More importantly, will your sellers allow showings at their homes on Super Bowl Sunday? Most people across the country will have gatherings with groups of people partying from noon through the end of the night.
There are some who have food catered at their homes; or park themselves at a sports bar all day; or reserve tables at restaurants to eat, drink and watch the game with family and friends. Plans are made well in advance of this day.
As Carol-Ann Palmieri, an agent here at RE/MAX Executive asked me today “are you going to be an arm chair quarterback or will you be tackling those buyers?” My answer is easy enough to understand……that arm chair is mine for the day!!!
