I learned today that spreading the word about online marketing is very similar to spreading the word about our listings. We need to create energy for potential buyers to want to see our listings. I now realize that as I continue to meet individually with agent in the firm to discuss and teach some online marketing, the easier it is to make future appointments with other agents.
I’ve met with "eight agents" thus far, and I’m now receiving calls for appointments to meet with more agents. As more and more of the agents become excited about their newly found method of marketing online, other agents are watching and listening. I don’t have to chase now. They are calling me to ask for an appointment.
The moral of this post is that "marketing is marketing" no matter what the entity. If energy is created and enthusiasm radiates from agents who attended meetings, the rest of the agents want “In.” Promoting and teaching Realbird is working well for me, and now I have "eight assistants" who are helping me do my job. I think this job will get easier as we progress and the agents will have alot to gain from it!!
