"#1 Team in Franklin's #1 Office"...Call 508-520-9881

Two Choices Seller's Attorney.....Team Player or Out With The Trash!!

Seller’s attorney, you know the buyer defaulted and you negotiated a few thousand dollars of the deposit for the seller to retain.  Good job on that effort!!  So why are you requesting that this seller, who has no money and is attempting a short sale on her home, pay you a thousand dollars?

Seller’s attorney, we all worked hard and did our respective jobs properly, but the listing agent doesn’t get paid unless papers pass and the deed is recorded, and rightfully so.  Why are you asking for money from a seller who HAS NO MONEY?

Did you do more work that the real estate agents? No, you didn’t.  The bank grabbed most of the deposit as a condition of accepting the next short sale.  That’s robbery, and you following suit makes you a robber too!!

Is the listing agent the only team player who is on the side of the seller?  What ever happened to teamwork?  When the chips are down, the real players surface.  This seller got the short end of the stick and you, seller’s attorney, have been permanently cut from the team!!!

"TEAM.....(T)ogether (E)veryone (A)chieves (M)ore"....Anonymous Quote

I’ve had a real estate team for many years, and my efforts are continually exercised to improve the way my team works.  A team is as good as its members, just as an office is as good as the agents who work there.  If you are a member of a well known franchise, but the agents in that particular office have a questionable reputation, the office will also take on that status.

Finding the right blend of personalities, work ethic and level of intelligence is critical in creating the proper blend.  Last year, we were not functioning well because it was a year of reorganizing a team that was together for eight years.  My team was reduced to "a team of one.I refused to fill the void with a random selection of agents.  I wanted to make sure my choices were right the first time around and that required a full year.

The selections worked well, and my team members are top-notch.  They are the elements within the equation that result in our success.  I’m the catalyst, the factor outside the equation that initiates the reaction without actually entering into it.  Every team needs a catalyst.  Team leader, are you the catalyst for your team or do you expect the team to provide for you?
