Direct Mail Marketing Postcard For June....The Phones Are Ringing With New Listings!!
Today is my postcard design day for the month of June. I designed this postcard and will have it printed with the contact information for each team member. One card fits all !!! This is a simple card that will be mailed to Millis MA for Robin Spangenberg; to Sharon MA for Nina Rogoff; and to Franklin MA for Lorraine Kuney.
The results are very positive with each mailing. The calls increase with each "for sale sign" and "sold rider" that are visible throughout the town each month. Nina and Robin average 4 to 6 listing calls with every new mailing. Millis MA and Sharon MA have never been marketed by me previously, only Franklin, so this is a fine example of how successful direct mail marketing can be, if done properly. We are just beginning our marketing campaign and the phones are ringing. The agents are listing new properties in their respective towns and the listings are selling. Closings are scheduled!!
With continued and consistent mailings, my team members will be climbing the ladder of success for "listings taken" in their respective towns in our MLS system. My ultimate goal is to have each team member rank #1 in the town where she lives and works. Lorraine Kuney of The Kuney-Todaro Team is the #1 listing agent in Franklin MA and the #1 agent for closed transactions in Franklin MA. Direct mail marketing WORKS!!
