Today was a day to “prepare the just listed postcards” for the week for Franklin MA. We’ll be mailing out 200+ cards for each new listing that we closed last week. We use the same template, and it’s a speedy postcard to prepare.
Along with the just listed postcards, we’ll be offering a June Free Market Analysis postcard for Lorraine Kuney. The cards will complement each other. The just listed postcards will reinforce the fact that others in Franklin have listed with Lorraine Kuney, and since success breeds more success, it may be wise for them to call us for their “Free Market Analysis.”
When done consistently and to the same database every month, it works well. If the homeowner does a Google search for Free Market Analysis, the postcards have been indexed by Google and will be readily available for them to see again….once in their mailbox and now online.
Integrate your marketing, and it will work well for you. It certainly does for The Kuney-Todaro Team.
