Niche Marketing With Direct Mail Marketing Postcards.......Reach A Select Group!!!!
Once a month I mail postcards to a database of names that I purchased of potential buyers who are 55+ in age for our new adult community condos. This particular mailing is specifically for The Villas at Eagles Nest in Franklin, and its purpose is to increase activity to our OPEN HOUSE EVENTS. The postcards will be mailed to everyone within an age group of 55 to 80 years in the towns of Norfolk and Franklin MA.
There are 3,761 names in that database. Last month a mailing was sent out for Meadowbrook Heights to Medway and Millis MA for OPEN HOUSE EVENTS. Direct mail marketing is a great way to reach specific groups of people. Direct mail marketing is the ideal way to successfully accomplish niche marketing. The names can be purchased from Accu-data online. They are emailed and can be used continually. It's an organized method to achieve success to a niche group.
For those who have not attempted this type of marketing, if you have a niche, this is a proven method of marketing successfully. If you don't have a niche, you should. Blogging works successfully when you have a niche or two. I have new construction, adult communities and new custom homes as my areas for niche marketing. Blogging and direct mail work wonderfully when you have a niche group for whom to market. Try it....it's worth the effort.
