How and where do you advertise your ActiveRain blog? I'm not a tech savvy person, but I know how to do the basics and marketing is what I enjoy doing. I post everything public to my outside blog, and it's linked from my team website.
The URL of my outside blog is on every piece of marketing material that leaves my office. It's on my business cards, letterhead, email signature, fax cover sheets, all direct mail marketing materials, team brochures, new construction brochures, listing brochures, listing presentation packages and all advertising pages that I purchase for local school programs and organizations. That URL is everywhere.
I am also ordering sign riders that display that address, and all new "for sale signs" will have that address printed on them. Our temporary subdivision signs at the entrance of each community will have a strip attached with the URL, www.newconstructionfranklinma.com, displayed. I'm ordering 2011 desk calendars to mail out, and that address will be on each one. I have an order to place for fine point black pens that will have that address. Most of my handouts are school related and will be distributed through the schools.
Whenever there is a fundraiser, I place an order of items to handout and they will always have the URL for my blog. That's the list of sources that enable my blog to be found and read by the public. What's yours??
