Signage is a very important marketing method. It's 24 hour marketing and with that in mind, an agent should take advantage of every hour of exposure. What better way to market than online and to advertise that online marketing on a sign rider. There is also a brochure box attached to each of our signs.
As I've always stated, marketing should have overlap. My direct mail has overlap with my blogging, and our signage now has overlap with blogging. We are using "Google This Address" on our listings since I continually blog about a variety of events that happen at our new construction communities.
This sign is at the entrance of Meadowbrook Heights. There is a large "Meadowbrook Heights" sign at the entrance next to this sign. If you Google the address, "Meadowbrook Heights Franklin MA," you'll find pages of information.
All of our signs in front of properties are on posts, and there's no need to hang a series of riders on the sign. Since I blog about our inventory, we only need to instruct interested potential buyers to "Google This Address." All of the details and photos are in every blog post plus our contact information, prices, etc.
I hope this encourages other agents to blog about their inventory and to have riders made that direct potential buyers and other sellers to "Google This Address." It's good marketing!!!!
