Posting every day is a necessity and is expected, if you are a listing agent. When you are making a presentation to a seller to obtain the listing and have the privilege of marketing that property, the seller needs to see an example of what you have to offer them.
Blogging your existing inventory every day with a different listing will improve your online presence. Ideally, blogging about your inventory every 14 days for your total inventory will have an impact. My goal is to have at least 7 titles on the first page, and that requires a lot of blogging.
When print advertising was in vogue, did you only advertise once? Did you submit fresh copy and new photos continually in the newspapers, until the property sold? I did!! After the property sold, I would continue to advertise the listing with a "pending" banner and then with a "sold" strip. Marketing never seems to end!
Internet marketing is no different. It requires continual posting of your inventory. You should write about different aspects of the home, just as you would with print advertising. I always have at least 30 to 40 photos in each listing file in my system, so changing photos is never an issue.
Sellers must see your online presence during your presentation, and some sellers check it out on their own before you meet. We must make sure we are visible with existing listings, and they will expect that same visibility, when they list with you. If you're a listing agent, give them what they expect and deserve, and that's great online visibility.
