Do you write blog posts about your open house events? There are many agents who do not, and I can’t understand why that happens. If you were thinking of visiting local open house events on a weekend, how would you find them?
The most reasonable way is to Google for that information. Let Google do the research and deliver that information to you. Google the date and geographic location, and you’ll understand who markets properly. You’ll see where the advertised open house events are taking place.
You should search for those open house events on Yahoo, Bing and other search engines. The more frequently you appear on various search engines, the better your results at the open house.
Blog posts about open house events should be submitted several days before the open house for those potential buyers who plan ahead; and again, newly written posts the day before or day of the open house to complement those earlier posts. I submit open house posts every week on Thursday on ActiveRain; my ActiveRain outside blog; my team Website blog; my Wordpress blog; and Trulia.
Email a link of your open house events to your seller/builder; email a link to agents in the area; and email a link to past visitors of your new construction sites. You’ll have a successful open house, if you’ve accomplished this task that needs to be done with each and every open house event.
