Did you know that energy is contagious? The Bruins are playing game #6 tonight and the energy that will be within the walls of the TD garden tonight could light up the city of Boston. Just as the fans will energize the players, so too, can each real estate agent energize each other with their stories of success and methods of achieving it.
The market is very busy right now. Agents have multiple offers being presented on resale properties. Reservations from other agents are expected on our new condos. We have new listing presentations to deliver this week, and another mailing going out next week. We want to keep the energy flowing. This is not the time to take a break. It's actually the time to pick up the pace.
What's on your agenda to shake the fruit from the tree? Fill that basket with fruit, and when the fruit stops falling, move to the next tree with another basket. There's plenty to go around, and no one should be remain hungry, but you have to initiate the process. It's called prospecting and marketing. Make sure you integrate your marketing, and market like you mean it. The money will fall from the tree!!
