The lower end of this chart reflects converted condo units in apartment buildings from condo conversions in the 1980's. The price range of $200,000 to $300,000 reflects condominiums built in the late 1980's and into the 1990's. There are a number of condo communities in Franklin MA with duples and triplex style townhomes with and without garages.
The price range of $300,000 to $500,000 is a reflection of our current new active adult communities in the Town of Franklin Ma. There are four 55+ communities and our office has all of the listings. There are also a few luxury resale condos within that price range.
