This chart shows the rental market in 2009 compared to 2010. As you can see there is an increase in the number of rentals from 77 in 2009 to 94 as of this date in 2010. The least expensive rental in both years was $600/month for a one bedroom apartment. The highest priced rental in 2009 was a home on Pond St for $2.575/month and in 2010 a home in Cook's Farm for $3,800/month. The latter is a 13 room, 6 bedroom luxury home in a subdivision of comparable properties.
