Work never slows down at Palladini Village in Franklin, Ma. This ranch style home will be ready to close in December, and the new home owners are very excited about the progress. Baby Boomers are our primary residents of this 25 home community of the 55+ age group. We do have a few in their 80's.
We are in the process of putting up the finish work in this home. Doors are being hung and the moldings are being applied.
The floor plan is a very open layout with half walls and cased openings denoting separation of rooms. This is a ranch with a contemporary flair.
Our finish carpenter is Steve Dellorco, the brother of the builder and owner of this project, Paul "King" Dellorco. The Dellorco Family has a long history of new construction in the Town of Franklin and surrounding communities.
December will be a very joyful month for these new homeowners and another sale for Marilyn Williams of The Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty in Franklin, Ma.
