The Active Adult Community is a concept that is in demand, and there are many more baby boomers considering this move, as the economy continues to decline. Reducing expenses; avoiding costly repairs and renovations; and creating more leisurely time to enjoy life rather than maintain the grounds of a large property are priorities for today’s boomer.In the back of everyone’s mind is the thought of retirement, if the numbers work.Reducing costs and the size of the property will allow most boomers to prepare for that retirement.Active Adult Communities are selling now more than ever.
