Our open house event was visited for the first time by several couples this weekend. Usually the 55+ age group will return several times before they make a final decision. They also visit every community in the area. We have been very successful with our marketing of
this 55+ community.
All of our condos have a first floor master bedroom suite with 2.5 bathrooms, hardwood, tile, maple kitchen with stainless appliances, 
breakfast bar and granite counters. Each condo boasts a cathedral ceiling in the family room with a corner gas fireplace and a slider to a private deck.
