Open house weekends continually bring business our way. It’s a great method of shaking the fruit from the tree. There is plenty of business waiting for agents to close.
Last weekend we had several new visitors that resulted in two market analysis and we’re expecting second showings today. We have added another phase to both condo communities and both offer a slightly new price adjustment downward to pick up the pace.
When you add a price adjustment downward and an open house event to make showings easy and comfortable for potential buyers it’s a formula for success. Drop a price and advertise it with an open house event. New business is very likely to appear.
