Our Sunday open house event by The Todaro Team at Meadowbrook Heights in Franklin, Ma. was a great success in spite of the single digit temperatures outside!!!!
There were eight new visitors and many of them were very impressed with what they saw. The one important factor about seniors is that they do not make quick decisions. When someone seniors buy a 55+ condo, it's only after they have seen every community that is within the area that they selected. Our prices start at $329,900.
We are 50% sold at Meadowbrook Heights and there are only two standing units available for 60 day closings. The next phase will offer another ten condominiums to be constructed in the spring for late summer closings.
