The Villas at Eagles Nest is a 37 unit condo community that is open to ALL AGE GROUPS. The weather was certainly on our side this weekend when we held a very successful open house at The Villas. We received a reservation on unit #721 which is an end unit on the second floor of building #7.
We now have only one condo available in building #7 and that is the penthouse condo with 3,200 s.f. of living space, #722.
We also have two condos available in building #9. They are the penthouse condo and one end unit. We have started taking reservations in building #5 which will start construction within the next several weeks. We're waiting for the ground to thaw and a foundation will commence immediately. The condo fee is a very reasonable $233/month. Our prices start at $385,900.
