Today, we're working on the final step of construction for 55 (#11) Lawrence Drive at Palladini Village in Franklin, Ma. The oak flooring is being installed. Then the minor touch up and final details will be finished up. 
The final certificate of occupancy will be signed off this week. The cleaning crew will start their work at the end of this week, and then we will have our final inspection by the buyer and his home inspector.
Closing will be scheduled for the middle of next week. After the final walk through by the buyer, the house is locked and no one goes in until the closing.
