Sometimes it's just part of your DNA!! There are agents who have that special charisma, and business is like a magnet to them. The agents exist and the business is attracted to them. It finds them. Know anyone like this??
There are agents who have that captivating personality and when they network, people who were in their presence never forget that alluring nature. This type of agent has a dynamic personality and people are fascinated by it.
This type of person could easily run for political office; but then, much of what we do is politicking, isn't it? Do you see a correlation between working in politics and working in real estate? That's almost an insult to real estate agents, but sometimes the truth hurts!!!
It seems that the ones who network the most are the agents who reap the most rewards!!! Every hand you shake has the potential to become a future listing, or it could be a vote on Election Day, if you ever decide to change professions!!! Networking properly requires a special personality.....just like collecting votes.
