The Father's Day open house event was successful at
The Villas at Eagles Nest in Franklin MA. The Todaro Team held three open house events at our new construction communities and The Villas at Eagles Nest was one of them. We had a couple of serious buyers visit the model home and we're confident we'll be seeing them as residents of this new community in the
near future. If we have one future sale from this event, we deem that a success.
The Villas at Eagles Nest is a 37 unit condo community that is OPEN TO ALL AGE GROUPS. We have separate 
buildings for the 55+ age group and other areas for
any other age. The condo sizes range from 2,200s.f. to 3,200s.f. penthouse condos.
The condo fee is a very reasonable $233/month, and the prices start at $385,900. All of our condos are one floor living with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and loaded with custom amenities. There is underground parking and an elevator for convenience.
