Christians are on the final stretch of Holy Week. Today is Maundy Thursday and this commemorates the Last Supper before Good Friday and the crucifixion of Christ. Saturday is Holy Saturday and the last day of Holy Week in which Christians prepare for Easter. Saturday commemorates the day that Jesus Christ's body laid in the tomb.
Easter is one of the few Sundays that we do not work or provide open house events. However, Saturday is actually a good day to hold our new construction open house events, for a short period of time. Easter is a prime occasion for families to get together. People travel to visit. Some families are thinking of moving closer to their loved ones.
For this reason, we will be having three open house events on Saturday to capture a few of those potential sales. We have provided open house events on this day in the past and reaped rewards.
There is one fact I learned decades ago, and that is that real estate agents do not exhale. They take a deep breath, hope it works; and if not, they continue to try a different variation. There is no exhaling in real estate.
