What do you do when you hear negative conversation about business, or lack thereof, in your office? After reading a post by Charles Edwards titled "The Hidden Danger Zone In Every Office" I decided to share my thoughts. I have to admit, there is rarely negativity happening at RE/MAX Executive Realty in Franklin. There is no room in anyone's schedule for "whoa is me" or "doom and gloom." Those who think negative thoughts can't focus on business. They do not belong in our office, and they know it!!
None of the agents at RE/MAX Executive Realty will allow that negative environment to worm its way into their business. I'm the manager, and I have never had to deal with it. The agents will diffuse it themselves because they know what results.
Our office is always upbeat, and if an agent is not in the mood to be upbeat, that agent works from home. It's understood. Those are the rules. Once you cross the threshold of our front door, your train of thought is directed toward making money. If you don't feel like making it that day, then help someone else make it or go home!!!
