Does your office have a personality? I’ve always said that an office is as good as the agents who work there. The same can be stated about the persona of the office. It’s a reflection of the agents who work there. You’ll notice that agents of a certain personality type will be attracted to each other and work well together.
The qualities and character within an office are usually on the same plain. We’ve all seen offices that hire agents who are all business; some offices focus on personalities that are societal; other offices focus on agents who are self-centered and they are the nucleus around which everything revolves….the me-me-me types.
Our office is an office of top producing agents who are a combination of business oriented, socially responsive individuals who are focused on others and not themselves. They are doers and givers. They are driven by their need to be a part of a team. Our office is a large team that is made up of several smaller teams plus individual agents who all assist each other in working together to accomplish the ultimate goal of maintaining the #1 position in the town of Franklin MA. Yes, our office has a personality of its own and is second to none.
