Achieving top ranking in your market place is usually a goal that most agents want to accomplish. There was a post written by Bliz titled "Do you want your business to be at 100% capacity?" and re-blogged by Charita Cadenhead. My answer to that question is "yes!!"
If you have a team, you will be set up to accomplish that capacity and continue to have personal time. This is one of the benefits of having a team with which to work. Each team member has his/her own level of work capacity, and when all of their achievements are totaled, the sum equates to a top ranking. My team has three members and we are maintaining our presence.
That ranking can be maintained, if there is a game plan in place to continue at that pace. If the tempo needs to increase to sustain that level of production, then your plan needs to reflect additional market place contribution. Hire another agent in another area and capture the additional business that is needed to work at a top level. Do this in several areas that have not been marketed properly and are ready for a new method of promotion in their community. Where there is a will, there's a way.....and to work at less than maximum capacity is not part of my program!! I'm not wired for that.
