Yesterday was open house Saturday for us, and we held two of the subdivisions open for visitors. For a Saturday, it was busy with four new couples at Meadowbrook and two at The Villas at Eagles Nest. This was certainly worth spending two hours at each community.
Today will be a much busier day, and we'll see new potential business, but hopefully a new reservation or two, also. There are several buyer agents showing our resale properties today.
Sunday is one of the busiest days of the week in the real estate business, and we always take full advantage of this day to capture new business. In the real estate business, Sunday is never a day of rest, but we learned that decades ago. Hope yours is a productive day.
