Who’s got your back? When you make an error, does anyone let you know about that error? It could be in MLS; or in a blog post; or in an ad that you wrote. There could be misinformation that you have and are relaying verbally to clients.
“Who’s got your back” is a question that you need to think about. Everyone needs to have a level of comfort that there is a support system somewhere nearby to catch the errors. There are minor errors but there are significant ones that will cost you money in the future.
“Who’s got your back” is an important thought that each agent needs to consider when they select a real estate office. This question will surface eventually and if the answer is “nobody” you’ll wish someone did. It’s all part of surviving and thriving!! So, Who’s Got Your Back?
