Today, RE/MAX of New England announced the top 25 teams for the third quarter of 2010. The Todaro Team, with members Lorraine Kuney and Barbara Todaro, ranked #21 on the top 25 list for production from January to September in New England.
The Todaro Team, with one agent who does all of the listing and servicing all of the inventory and one person who does the marketing, was able to secure that position in competition with many teams who have multiple members contributing to their production.
Lorraine Kuney should be congratulated for her organization skills as well as her ability to work with sellers and builders. Our focus is on listings. I market for the inventory, and Lorraine does the listing. We are a unique real estate team, and our methods have proven to work well
