Every real estate opportunity is a circumstance allowing you the ability to share your knowledge of the business and assist potential clients in achieving their financial goals. All of us have a different motivation when meeting with clients, whether they are buyers or sellers.
Are you an agent who thinks about the commission first and the needs of the client second? Some agents are sales people who will close the client whether it's in the client's best interest or not. Not every client should buy or sell. But with every transaction, there is a dollar amount in sight. Have you ever suggested to a client that they not participate in the real estate market at this time? What is your motivation? We all need to make money to survive, but should it be done at anyone's expense?
